At QuoteeTude, we take pride in our specialized integrated on-demand production model. Every product ordered is crafted specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and reducing environmental waste. This policy outlines how we manage the journey from our production floor to your doorstep.
1. Dispatch & Handling Timelines
Because each item is produced on-demand, orders go through a dedicated preparation phase before they are dispatched:
- Standard Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–3 working days.  Â
- Operating Hours: Our production and dispatch teams operate Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin the production cycle on the next business day. Â
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We provide comprehensive coverage across India through our premium logistics network.
- Standard Air Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after the handling period.
- Surface Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after the handling period.
- Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping within India
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.  Â
3. International Shipping
QuoteeTude is a global brand, shipping to over 50+ countries.
- Processing Window: 2–3 working days.
- Transit Time: 6–12 working days depending on the destination country.  Â
- Total International Timeline: Estimated 8–15 working days.  Â
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes (e.g., 16–18% for Canada or standard VAT for EU/UK). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local customs authority.  Â
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To provide maximum convenience for our Indian customers, we offer COD services in eligible pin codes:
- COD Fee: A nominal convenience fee of ₹40.12 (inclusive of GST) applies to all COD orders.  Â
- Verification:Â We may reach out via phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before they enter production.
- Failed Deliveries:Â In the event of a failed COD delivery due to an incorrect address or refusal, the order will be processed under our RTO policy (see Section 5).
5. Address Requirements & Return to Origin (RTO)
Accuracy is critical for timely delivery. A complete address, including house number, landmark, area, pin code, and a working mobile number, is mandatory.
- Delivery Attempts:Â Our courier partners typically make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
- RTO Handling: If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it is stored at our central facility for 100 days.
- Reshipment: You may request reshipment of an RTO package for a handling fee of ₹20 + GST per product, plus applicable shipping charges.  Â
6. Order Tracking & Communications
Transparency is the core of our service.
- Order Confirmation:Â You will receive an immediate confirmation email upon placing your order.
- Dispatch Notification: Once your item has passed quality control and is handed over to the courier, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking ID and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.  Â
7. Delivery Liability
While we partner with the most reliable couriers in India, QuoteeTude is not responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or courier-end technical outages. However, we provide full coverage for shipments lost in transit or items that arrive with manufacturing defects, provided they are reported to hello@quoteetude.com within 7 days of the delivery/expected delivery date.
