Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All QuoteeTude products are custom-made on demand by our fulfillment partner Qikink after order confirmation and payment. Shipping times include both production (2–3 working days) and delivery (3–7 working days for domestic orders). Total estimated timeline for delivery is 5–10 working days from order placement.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays):

• Standard Products: 2–3 working days
• Rush Orders: 24-hour processing available (₹52.50 extra per item, order before 9 AM IST)
• Weekend Orders: Processed from the following Monday

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Methods:

Total Estimated Timeline: 5–10 working days from order placement

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard air shipping (India only)

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Available in select pin codes
• COD fee: ₹40.12 per order (includes GST)
• Payment collected by courier; remitted within 5 working days
• You pay upfront via your Qikink wallet; COD amount is credited after delivery
• Note: Failed deliveries incur fulfillment and return costs

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive:

1. Order confirmation immediately after purchase
2. Shipping confirmation with tracking link once dispatched
3. Delivery updates via SMS and email

Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.

5. International Shipping

Coverage: 50+ countries
Processing: 2–3 working days
Shipping Time: 6–12 working days
Total Timeline: 8–15 working days

Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Customs & Duties:

• You are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes
• Example: Canada (16–18%), EU/UK (VAT rates apply)
• Payment due directly to courier or customs authority upon delivery

6. Delivery Information

Complete Address Required:
House/door number, street, area, city, state, pin code, landmark (optional), and working phone number

Delivery Attempts:

• Standard: Up to 3 attempts
• Some couriers (Amazon, Delhivery): 1 attempt only
• Be available to receive your order

Incomplete/wrong addresses may result in return to origin (RTO), with reshipment costs borne by you.

7. Return to Origin (RTO)

Common Reasons:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Phone unreachable
• Delivery refused

RTO Storage: 100 days at warehouse
Reshipment: Available with ₹20 + GST handling fee per product

Prevention: Double-check your address and keep your phone reachable during delivery window.

8. Premium Add-Ons (Optional)

Box Packing: ₹17.70 per product (premium protection)
Gift Wrapping: ₹47.20 per product (ideal for gifts)
Custom Notes/Letters: ₹47.20 per order (personalized messages)

9. Shipping Insurance & Liability

• All orders are covered for manufacturing defects and lost shipments
• Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos
• Lost or damaged items will be replaced or fully refunded

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or incorrect customer information.

10. Policy Updates

Shipping rates and terms may change based on courier policies, seasonal demand, or regulations. Updates will be posted here with advance notice.
